2008 Season Registration
We are currently registering players and cheerleaders for the 2008 GSA Pop Warner Season!
Early Registration for VETERAN /PLAYERS CHEERLEADERS will be accepted beginning January 1, 2008 and is due by June 1, 2008.
Registration fee is $175.00 for football players and $75.00 for cheerleaders. Parents are also required to participate in two fund raising events. You may opt out of fund raising by paying the full $330 registration fee for football and $125 for cheerleaders. (This excludes the Mandatory Raffle which is required for all, see the Fund Raising page for more details)
*Fees include football equipment (parents will need to purchase practice pants & jersey, cleats and a mouthpiece)
REQUIRED FOR NEW AND RETURNING PARTICIPANTS
*1: Completed Pop Warner Registration Forms.
*2: Completed GSA Pop Warner Registration Form.
*3: Completed GSA Pop Warner Volunteer Registration Form.
*4: Photo copy of child’s Birth Certificate.
#5: Completed Med. Release Form with doctor’s signature.
(must be signed and dated after 01/01/08 and due 07/01/08)
#6: Copy of current Report Card (will be kept confidential)
* These must be submitted at the time of registration.
# Medical Form and Report Card are due July 1, 2008
Participants must include all required paperwork to date to be placed on a team roster.
Players/Cheerleaders who have not submitted all paperwork will not be allowed to practice on August 1st until required paperwork is submitted.
